The 90-day trial

Functional jewelry is personal. That's why every AURALIGN piece comes with a 90-day trial — wear it daily, sleep in it, live with it. If it isn't right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns are free. We send you a prepaid label.

How to return a piece

  1. Email hi@auraligned.com with your order number and the piece you're returning.
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the piece in its box or pouch and drop it off.
  4. Once it reaches us, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

What's eligible

Window
Any piece, any reason, within 90 days of delivery.
Condition
Gently worn is fine — this is a genuine trial, not look-but-don't-touch.
Box & pouch
Send back what you can. Normal wear won't cost you your refund.
Final sale
Pieces marked final sale and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size, or a different piece altogether? Email us and we'll arrange the swap directly — no need to repurchase and wait on a refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
