Customs & duties
Because we ship from the warehouse nearest you, most orders arrive with no extra charges. In a small number of regions, local customs or import fees may apply on delivery — these are set by your country, not by AURALIGN, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link the moment it ships. If tracking hasn't updated or your order is taking longer than expected, email hi@auraligned.com and we'll chase it down.
