AURALIGN is a functional jewelry brand operated by Peak Health Ltd. These terms govern your use of auraligned.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, payment can't be verified, or a price is listed in error.

Prices and product details are shown in good faith. If an obvious pricing error appears (a clear typo), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honor the wrong price.

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, or in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment processor — we never see or store your full card details.

AURALIGN makes functional jewelry designed around acupressure points and rare-earth magnets, intended to support a calm daily routine. Our pieces are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern — or a pacemaker or other implanted device — speak to a doctor before wearing magnetic jewelry.

The AURALIGN name, logo, product designs, photography and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." To the extent the law allows, AURALIGN is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
