What's covered

Every AURALIGN piece carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If a piece fails under normal wear, we repair or replace it — free.

  • Plating that lifts or peels prematurely
  • Clasps, hinges or fastenings that fail
  • Magnets that loosen or dislodge
  • Stones or settings that come away under normal wear

What's not covered

Everyday wear
Fine surface marks and natural patina from daily wear are normal and expected.
Accidental damage
Drops, impacts, bending or crushing.
Chemical exposure
Perfume, lotions, chlorine and cleaning products can damage finishes.
Loss or theft
We can't replace a piece that's been lost or stolen.
Unauthorized repair
Work done by anyone other than AURALIGN voids the warranty.

How to make a claim

  1. Email hi@auraligned.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. We confirm within one business day.
  3. We arrange a repair or replacement and cover the shipping both ways.

Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase. There's nothing to register and no fee — the warranty is active the day your order is delivered.

Caring for your jewelry

Keep it dry
Take pieces off before showering, swimming or exercise.
Store it separately
Use the pouch it arrived in to avoid scratches.
Clean it gently
A soft, dry cloth is all it needs. Skip harsh chemicals.
Products first
Apply perfume and lotion before your jewelry, not after.
